北京中展海华国际展览有限公司 前身为“京慕国际展览有限公司”--中展集团 (CIEC)和慕尼黑国际博览亚洲有限公司(MMI Asia Pte. Ltd.)的合资公司。在长达20年的时间内，作为中国展览业内第一家合资公司，也作为慕尼黑国际博览会公司在华总代，我们凭借坚韧不拔的开拓精神和周到精细的服务品质赢得了业界和展商的一致认可与好评。

2015年8月31日，京慕公司合资经营期限到期。中展集团集合京慕公司原班人马，与北京中装华港建筑科技展览有限公司合资成立了北京中展海华国际展览有限公司（简称“中展海华”）。中展海华仍将是慕尼黑博览会公司的首席战略合作伙伴，继续参与慕尼黑博览会各个项目的招展组团。我们将一如既往地秉承热情周到的服务精神，继续致力于协助中国企业参加及参观国际展会，帮助他们了解国际市场，结识商业伙伴并拓展销售渠道。

CIEC Haihua International Exhibition Co.,Ltd. , whose predecessor was Jing Mu International Exhibition Co.,Ltd. ,the joint venture between CIEC and MMI Asia Pte. Ltd.

Ever since its foundation in 1995,Jing Mu has played as MMI’s exclusive agent in mainland China and had won great reputation from cooperators and clients through our enthusiasm and refined services.

Due to the termination of the contract on 31, August 2015, the employees of Jing Mu have returned to CIEC and established the new Joint-Venture “CIEC Haihua International Exhibition Co.,Ltd.” between CIEC International Exhibition Corp. Group and China B & D Exhibition Co., Ltd. CIEC Haihua will continue organizing the events of Messe Muenchen International as the official chief strategy partner. CIEC Haihua will continue bringing Chinese companies to influential international exhibitions, providing them extensive support in all aspects.
